The first Is to modify the world wide monetary system  so it works for all people all the time thus an abrupt end to world hunger, homelessness, unemployment and  economic strife thus a great reduction in today’s many crimes of civil unrest, terrorist acts, revolutions and wars. Modifying the world wide monetary system is feasible case in point; through the centuries the world wide monetary system has been restructured many times to the painful structure we have today resulting in a magnitude of suffering by a multitude of people. We can end all the above said suffering now by modifying, but to know what type of modification to use, one first must know the cause of the suffering said above. 

To begin my name is Glen John Mansfield. I was born in 1947 to my impoverished parents on Veterans Day in which I got to know hunger, economic strife and wars by the age of four and decided to devote my life in search for the cause of economic strife and war then, from knowing the cause I hoped I would find a cure then, some day run for the elective office of President and right the wrong.

In my search, I discovered, we all have greed in us, but for many people, money is a tool which draws out that greed causing inflation thus recession, depression, high unemployment, bankruptcies and foreclosures all resulting in hunger, homelessness and economic strife. From this hunger and strife breeds many crimes and civil unrest. I Also discovered the monetary system to be a monster in which money in drawing out man’s greed, inspires some to commit acts of many crimes including, murder for inheritance, murder for insurance and wars over the rights of a resource.

In addition to the above I discovered the world wide monetary system to be ill structured, in which a country’s money or wealth is backed by their precious metals, resources or productivity. All of such backings, many countries have little or none of, thus hunger and economic strife among the many people in those countries. From this hunger and strife breeds illegal immigration, many crimes, civil unrest, terrorist acts, revolutions and wars.

Also, as a result of the wrongfully structured monetary system, I discovered even in good economic times there not only are many more people than jobs but, many existing jobs pay earnings far below the cost of living thus, hunger, homelessness and economic strife among the world’s many unemployed and working poor. Again, from this hunger and economic strife breeds many crimes, terrorist acts, civil unrest, revolutions and wars.

Also, as a result of the ill structure many working people, though in pain, illness and fatigue have no choice but to work year in and year out, year after year, all for a mere existence and constant debt. Some even have to work two jobs just to make ends meet. Then when a recession comes along, there is nothing in place to protect laid off persons from losing everything only to walk the streets totally broke, hungry, homeless, very tired and cold. And now, with our soldiers coming home from war there’s no jobs, which will add to their already stressful lives.

Another sobering fact is the wrongfully structured monetary system and our own nation’s method of tax and spend display their inability to properly care for the needy as seen in the many world’s hungry. And in our nation’s many program cuts and in our health care in which an elderly woman of 76 years old had to come out of retirement and work in a fast food restaurant to have enough money to buy the medicines needed to help keep her husband alive.

Also, in Rio De Janeiro a television reporter with his back to the slums was trying to film and report a story on how the rich had built up their beautiful city. The reporter on special location to film and tell the story tried repeatedly but, was constantly distracted by the relentless crying of a new born baby.

When frustrated enough, the reporter went over to the homeless young women sitting on a curb holding her baby and asked, “why is your baby crying?”

She replied, “he’s hungry.”

“Why don’t you feed him,” the reporter asked?

The mother replied, “I can’t, my breasts are infected with mastitis.”

"Why don’t you go to the store and buy him some milk?”

"I can’t, she replied, I have no job and no money.”

"Why don’t you go to the hospital?”

"I can’t, I have no money with which to buy medicine and besides,

I’m so weak from hunger and fever I can’t go anywhere.” 

The baby was in danger of dying of starvation and the mother was in danger of losing her life due to hunger and her badly infected breasts, where in a properly structured monetary system there would be food and medical for all. Also, in a properly structured monetary system there wouldn’t be talk of a fence to keep our Mexican neighbors out. Everyone would be comfortable in their own country thus, no need for a fence, nor would there be all the civil unrest, revolutions and wars that we hear and see today.

To begin the end of all economic and monetary suffering I, as president, will call on all world leaders to recognize the plight of the needy and recognize the fact that tax and spend can’t end their plight and also recognize the present structure of the world wide monetary system as also being incapable of ending their plight. Upon this recognition, I will invite all leaders to expediently work with me in a quick fix modification to the monetary system which in the New World Wide Monetary System a country’s money or wealth is no longer just backed by their precious metals, resources or productivity, but also backed on the well being of mankind. This backing of the New Word Wide Monetary System will open the doors to a New World Bank which can be implemented immediately using current currencies or its own currency.

Once the Bank is created world leaders after their fiscal tax and spend can submit their country's domestic economic shortfall to Governors of the Bank who will print and grant the money requested without interest or repayment. Money from the Bank will assist all leaders and the public in paying off all debts owed in the present structure of today. The Bank will also enable leaders to provide the public with affordable dental and medical. This will better enable researchers to more swiftly find cures for man’s many illnesses. Money from the Bank will also provide students with affordable education plus, provide students with a non repayable income so they won’t have to work a job while pursuing their education but, can devote their full attention to their studies and not have to fight fatigue due to working and studying.  Also, in the event of a natural disaster such as a flood, money from the Bank will enable leaders to assist the public and domestic animals to get out of harms way.

 The Bank will also comfortably accommodate those who are displaced by disaster. In the event any disaster strikes without warning the Bank will have already paid the money to leaders to have a regiment of rescue workers and equipment on standby to swiftly rescue mass numbers or just any one or animals in need. The Bank will also swiftly financially compensate needy victims of disaster for their losses. Money from the Bank will also remove the need of any further tax hikes or program cuts. Also, the Bank will enable world leaders of developing countries to buy goods from industrialized nations with which to modernize the many villages, towns and cities in their country thus billions of new jobs world wide and the merchants in the industrialized nations which supply the goods will enjoy active productivity thus, a strong economy with jobs, jobs, jobs and more jobs. In the event there is anyone yet unemployed, the New World Bank will enable leaders to enact a full employment program in employing more employees which to provide more attentive care for the sick, disabled and elderly.

Also, the full employment act will provide more employees with which to help with better maintenance of the infrastructure of the many villages, towns and cities in all countries. Money from the Bank will also enable world leaders to provide adult low income earners with supplemental checks thus increasing their income to meet the cost of living, which will enable everyone to be comfortable in their own country.

The New World Bank will also provide retirees with a comfortable and secured income and with the New World Wide Monetary System in place the Social Security program will never go broke and retirement should begin at age 55 which seems more right than working a person to 65 in which many die soon after. With the New World Bank in place retirement at 55 is possible. While everyone is enjoying a much better life than that which many struggle with today, the conventional banks will also be elavated in the New World Wide Monetary System. With the additional amount of lending to the public of good paying jobs providing their ability to repay. In the event of a recession with job layoffs money from the New World Bank will enable employers to enact Job Sharing with employees sharing their jobs doing part time work at near full time pay without additional cost to employers but, financed through the New World Bank. To prevent working people from losing their new found income of supplemental checks to businesses, people as in hyper inflation, a mild form of price control will be applied. Therefore, we all will live a much better life than what most folks live today, and as a result of all that the Bank does, we will achieve an abrupt end to world hunger, homelessness, unemployment and economic strife with a great reduction in today’s many crimes, terrorist acts, civil unrest, revolutions and wars.

While all leaders are working on the details of my proposed, New World Wide Monetary System, I will enact my conventional platform of tax and spend, which in part consists of government doing more to assist known and unknown inventors with designing, manufacturing and marketing their products and services. The many new consumer goods will spur consumer spending thus  a strong economy with more jobs. Under the guidelines of the Inventors Program I will design, manufacture and market many new innovative life saving devices, such as Wheel Sanders for trucks and automobiles that by the push of a button will spread salt and sand in front of  your wheels providing you, the vehicle operator with better traction for starting and stopping on icy road ways.

I will also work to keep oil prices and inflation down so not to disturb our very fragile economy which is growing but could easily fall due to inflation or war in which we need to spend on our domestic needs. This will boost our nation’s economy providing jobs and added tax dollars which will knock down our nation’s debt. Also, I will work feverishly in creating more energy produced by wind, solar, hydro, thermal, and magnetic power.Though magnetic power is possible, there may be a danger that it may off set earth’s axis and or orbit and should not be developed. I also have concerns about strip minning metals from the surface of earth, that may also alter the magnetic field which keeps earth in its proper orbit in which this issue should be looked into. Whatever the case, I will work to break our nation’s dependence on conventional fuels and rid the world of nuclear and coal fired power plants. To begin I will pick out a federal office building and fit it with solar panels, windmill generators and my own idea of a possible energy saving lighting system. In the event my energy bill is successful in saving our nation money plus cuts our dependency on the conventional fuels used today in producing energy, I will fit all of our nation’s federal buildings with the same green energy producing devices and will also work to light our buildings and federal road ways with my special lighting system. And as it works for Government the public will follow. This will cause the green industry to provide many new jobs thereby speeding up our nation’s recovery by the money saved. Thus the elimination of  government spending on conventional fuels will be applied to reduce our nation’s debt.

Alert:

Another issue that needs to be addressed is today’s exceedingly high population which is responsible for man’s over fishing our planet’s oceans to feed the mass populace causeing many sea creatures to die of starvation. Also, the practice of land ravaging to accommodate the world’s increasingly high population is being done at the expense of driving many plants and animals to the brink of extinction while some are already extinct. Also, as a result of today’s exceedingly high population we are pumping so much water from underground streams and rivers are going dry, while others have completely dried up. In light of the problems caused by man’s exceedingly high population, I as President will call for a ban on any further development of untouched land in which money from the New World Bank when enacted will financially compensate developers for their potential monetary losses. Also, less commercial fishing will be implemented in which the New World Bank will monetarily compensate everyone in the fishing industry for their losses. I also urge a much lesser population by way of planed parenthood.

Back to the monetary problems at hand:

Again, though the New World Monetary System offers a much better life than the life most of us live today, it yet is a system of money, which because of money, there will remain crimes for monetary gain. In light of this, someday, when mankind is fed up with all the crimes associated with money and are tired of working year in and year out, year after year, there should be a spot on the Presidential Voting Ballot for the public to place their mark calling for the abolishment of the monetary system. When a significant number of voters have placed their mark, world leaders should then call for an international vote on the abolishment of the monstrous monetary system which breeds a magnitude of suffering by a multitude of people and vote to enact my proposed United System, when enacted will unite all mankind in sharing all knowledge, work and resources.

Sharing all knowledge will speed the development of many new things to come. Sharing all resources will greatly decrease the chance of ever having another war. Sharing all work will end labor slavery in which half the population can vacation for a year while the other half work. The following year, the vacationers can then relieve those working so the people who have been working can then go on their year long vacation, and when anyone wants anything, all they have to do is use their Identification Card at the well stocked stores, get what they want and walk out.

The United System works like this; Upon the abolishment of the monetary system and the enactment of the United, of which there is no money all crooks in search of monetary gain can lay down their tools of crime and go on a year long vacation. Because there no longer are any money related crimes two thirds of all police, judges, lawyers and security guards can also go home and vacation for a year. Also, because there no longer is a monetary system, all those who no longer work the abolished money related jobs of Banking, IRS and Insurance can also go home and vacation for a year. And because all countries are sharing all resources there will never again be another war over the rights of a resource for monetary gain. In view of this, two thirds of all military personal can lay down their weapons of war and also go on a year long vacation. In that time of those on vacation, they will be asked which of the remaining jobs they may wish to work, such as farming, factories, transportation, education, dental, medical, labor, maintenance, police, fire fighters, military and  so on. Then when their vacation has ended, they can relieve those working so they can go on their year long vacation. And when anyone wants any thing all they have to do is take their Identification Card to the well stocked stores, get what they want and walk out. And the lower the world’s population becomes there will be that much more room and material things for those in existence, thus peace on earth, with good for all.

Inspiration;  In the space of time, life is but a fleeting moment. Don’t waste your time adding to world atrocities, or voting for those who will change nothing, but vote G Man for President write in candidate.

Strong Economies in all Nations

In the early 1980’s I invented parachutes for many different types of aircraft. When I phoned Bowing, a major Airbus manufacturer and asked them to build my design of a Sectional Aircraft I said in the event of an inevitable crash the pilot can eject the passenger compartment which will separate the fuselage from the main body of the plane. Then short wings attached to the compartment will help lift the compartment to swiftly clear the tail. Once clear a drag parachute will open from the rear of the compartment to slow it down. Once slowed parachutes aligned on top of the compartment will open and float the compartment containing passengers and crew  safely to the ground or on water  which the compartment is designed to float. Once the pilot has ejected the compartment he or she can guide the plane to a non populated area. The pilot and co-pilot can then eject the cockpit on which parachutes will float them to the ground or water.

Though I was asking nothing for my idea or design and though the CEO I spoke with agreed that my proposed Sectional Air Craft is feasible, he rejected my proposal on the grounds of cost saying, “the Sectional Air Bus would be so costly to build that Air Carriers could not afford to buy them.

With this rejection I invented a modification to the monetary system. This will not only provide the money needed to build Sectional Air Crafts with no additional cost to air carriers but, the New World Monetary System I propose will also achieve an abrupt end to world hunger, homelessness, unemployment and economic strife thus a great reduction in today’s many crimes, terrorist acts, revolutions and wars.

Modifying the monetary system is feasible, case in point: Long ago when world leaders realized the barter systems didn’t work they then created the monetary system. Through the centuries the world wide monetary system has been restructured many times to the ill structure we have today in which a country’s money or wealth is backed by their precious metals, resources or productivity. All of such backings many countries have little or none of resulting in hunger and economic strife among the many people in those countries. Also, today as a result of the present ill structured monetary system there is no job security also, there are many more people than jobs. While many existing jobs pay earnings far below the cost of living hunger, homelessness and economic strife among the world’s many unemployed and working poor exists. From this hunger and strife is fuel which breeds rampant crimes, terrorist acts, revolutions and wars.

Money from the Bank will also enable government to build machines and a regiment of people to operate them which are capable of swiftly uncovering earthquake victims from the rubble of fallen buildings.

Also, money from the Bank filling in the red ink of government will put an end to any further need of tax hikes or program cuts. Also, the Bank will enable world leaders of developing countries to buy goods from industrialized nations with which to modernize the many villages, towns and cities in their countries thus, billions of jobs worldwide and the merchants in the nations that supply the goods will enjoy active productivity thus a strong economy with jobs, jobs, and more jobs. And in the event there is anyone yet unemployed, the New World Bank will enable leaders to enact a full employment act to employ more people to provide more attentive care to the sick, disabled and elderly. While we all are enjoying a much better life than those of the past, the Banking industry will also be elevated with the additional amount of lending they will have for the public with good paying jobs and good financial security providing them ability to repay. And in the event of a future recession with job layoffs eminent, money from the Bank will enable most employers to enact a jobs sharing program with employees sharing their jobs in part time work at near full time pay without additional cost to employers. And to prevent the working people from losing their increased income to business people in hyper-inflation government will exercise a mild form of price control. Also, most retirees and those on fixed incomes will also enjoy a boost in their income and will be happy to know that with the New World Monetary System, the Social Security program will never go broke and workers can retire at age 55 and 60.

Alert:

Another issue which needs to be addressed, is today’s exceedingly high population which I feel is responsible for man’s over fishing our ocean’s to feed the mass populous, causing many sea creatures to die of starvation.  The world’s increasingly high population is also responsible for land ravaging at the expense of driving many plants and animals to the brink of extinction. The high population is also responsible for an enormous use of underground water causing the underground water level to drop so dramatically that the above ground water level drops dramatically and many lakes go dry. In light of this and more, I as president will call for a ban on any further development of untouched land in which money from the Bank will financially compensate developers for their potential losses. Also, less commercial fishing will also be asked in which the Bank will also monetarily compensate the fishing industry for their losses. I also encourage all sexually active people to practice planned parenthood.

I also wish to express my concerns for the possible harmful effects of strip mining which I believe may be affecting earth's magnetic force altering earth's orbit thus adding to the problem of Global Warming. In the event my fears of strip mining have validity, I will call for a ban on any further strip mining in which Money from the Bank will also economically compensate miners for their loses.

Attention:

Though the New World Monetary System offers a much better life than the one most of us live today it is still a system of money and because of money we live in a drug infested society in which money is the #1 push behind the production and distribution of drugs. In addition to the problem of money and drugs we all have greed in us but for many people, money is a tool which brings out that greed resulting in many crimes including murder for inheritance, murder for insurance and wars over the rights of a resource. In view, pain and suffering caused as a result of money someday in the future when the population is much lower and when everyone is fed-up with all the pain and suffering because of money, mankind should call for an international vote on the abolishment of the world wide monetary system and vote to enact my proposed United System, which enacted will unite all mankind in sharing all knowledge, work and resources. Sharing all knowledge will speed the development of many new things to come. Sharing all resources will eliminate the primary cause of war.  Also, sharing all work will enable half the population to vacation for a year while the other half work. The following year the vacationers can then relieve those working so they can then go on their year long vacation.

The United System  is my proposal for the future, the problem at hand is ending this recession and achieving an abrupt end to world hunger, homelessness, economic strife plus medical for all. And no more tax hikes nor program cuts, all of which the New World Monetary System offers. Assuming mankind has some semblance of sanity and humanity my proposed creative economics will go to the table for construction.

While world leaders are working on the details of the New World Monetary System I  will enact my conventional platform which in part consists of government doing more to help known and unknown inventors with designing, manufacturing and marketing their product or device thus many new products spurring consumer spending fueling a strong economy thus jobs. Under the guidelines of the Inventors program I will design and manufacture Wheel Sanders for vehicles. The Wheel Sander is a device designed to better enable motorists to more safely start or stop on icy roadways as in the event you are skidding on ice and you are about to collide you can push a button which will activate the sander to spread salt and sand in from of your wheels which will give you traction to better start or stop on ice. Because the Wheel Sander is a potentially life saving device, I will work to write into law that all vehicles sold in ice bound areas be equipped with Wheel Sanders.
